ABC Runs Story on Lawsuit Against State Farm, ServiceMaster and Servpro

Evangeline Grossman filed a lawsuit against State Farm, ServiceMaster and Servpro on behalf of the Comey family accusing the three companies of colluding with each other in order to defraud the the Comey family.

The lawsuit, filed in Orange County Superior Court, seeks to hold these companies accountable for their behavior. The case is Greg and Cindy Comey v. State Farm, Servpro, ServiceMaster, Case No. 00745930-CU-IC-CJC.
