Travis Corby Quoted in Los Angeles Times

Michael J. Bidart and Travis Corby of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP filed a lawsuit, along with Consumer Watchdog against Anthem Blue Cross accusing the health insurance company of “attempting to automatically renew policies that no longer cover out-of-network costs for hundreds of thousands of Californians” according to the LA Times.

A reporter interviewed Mr. Corby, a partner at SBE, on the lawsuit. Mr. Corby said “They [Anthem] are selling 2017 Affordable Care Act health plans as being the same as their 2016 products.”
