For the second year in a row, The Los Angeles Daily Journal named William M. Shernoff and Michael J. Bidart Top 30 Plaintiff Lawyers in California.
Mr. Shernoff and Mr. Bidart continue to obtain outstanding results for clients battling billion-dollar insurance companies over basic access to healthcare and their inclusion on the list reflects their breadth of experience as well as their recent successes.
Mr. Shernoff was recognized for his victory on behalf of a mother of two who was battling cancer while also battling CIGNA which had denied her necessary PET scans. Mr. Shernoff’s work in Nickerson v. Stonebridge Insurance was also highlighted. In that case, he won a $19 million jury verdict in 2011 only to have to battle repeated appeals by Stonebridge.
