William Shernoff to Present at Ralph Nader’s Breaking Through Power Event in Washington, D.C.

September 8, 2016 – Los Angeles, CA – William M. Shernoff, founder and senior partner at Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, accepted an invitation to speak at the Break Through Power event in Washington, DC put on by renowned consumer advocate Ralph Nader.

Mr. Shernoff, called the godfather of insurance bad faith, will speak about the birth of bad faith at an event titled “Recognizing New Torts: The Case Study of Bad Faith Litigation.” Mr. Shernoff pioneered the tort of insurance bad faith, which is one of a handful of torts pioneered in American law in the last 100 years.
