SBE Completes Recovery of $10.48 Million for City of Upland
Michael J. Bidart and several other attorneys from Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP represented the City of Upland in a bad faith lawsuit which was a follow up to the Colonies litigation.
On Friday, December 12, 2014, SBE completed the recovery of $10.48 million on behalf of the City. Several news outlets, including the Inland Valley Daily Bulletin and San Bernardino Sun covered the story, both of which reported the story on the front page of the paper.
