Daily Journal article discusses judge’s lawsuit versus CalPERS

Michael J. Bidart, managing partner of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, represents Hon. Christopher J. Warner in a lawsuit against CalPERS. The motions SBE has recently filed seek an order requiring CalPERS to issue payment to Judge Warner of the “monetary credits” earned and accumulated during his service as a San Bernardino County Superior Court Judge.
