Howard Shernoff Quoted in L.A. Business Journal

Attorney Howard Shernoff of SBE’s Los Angeles office was quoted in the Los Angeles Business Journal in an article that analyzed a lawsuit the Los Angeles Clippers are currently involved in. The case involves privacy and bad faith issues and could lead to a class action.

The article quotes Howard as saying:

You have things that are there [in the law] to protect California policyholders, including corporate policyholders like the Clippers.
