LA Times covers SBE lawsuit against Anthem Blue Cross

The Los Angeles Times published an article on the lawsuit filed by William Shernoff and Travis Corby on behalf of a client against Anthem Blue Cross, alleging the health insurance giant misled him as to the doctors in its network.

The firm’s client was told a doctor was “in-network” and one of the company’s representatives is recorded saying as much. However, Blue Cross still denied the man coverage after his bill came due.
