National Media Outlets Cover e-Cigarette Lawsuit Announcement
SBE announced three lawsuits filed in California yesterday at a press conference in Los Angeles, CA.
The lawsuits accused various e-cigarette manufacturers and distributors of selling devices which malfunctioned and caused severe harm to all three plaintiffs. Smoking, or “vaping,” an e-cigarette product has become a growing trend, especially among young people. However, the lack of both state and federal regulations has led to some serious damage to consumers.
