Ralph Nader Highlights, Honors William Shernoff and SBE

Ralph Nader wrote an article recently for his website www.nader.org that highlighted the work and history of William Shernoff and his firm, Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP.

Mr. Nader is a long-time consumer advocate, and he has known SBE founder William Shernoff for many years. Nader’s article tells the story of Mr. Shernoff’s “pioneering” work and his long-term battle, fighting insurance companies on behalf of consumers.

It also discusses the history of insurance bad faith, a tort Mr. Shernoff help introduce as one of the few new torts in the 20th century.
