Samuel Bruchey and firm client William Crawford were featured on NBC news. Mr. Bruchey and Michael J. Bidart represent Mr. Crawford in a lawsuit against long-term care insurance company CNA (a.k.a. Continental Casualty Company), accusing the company of wrongfully denying Mr. Crawford’s claims.

The news outlet did an investigative piece on how seniors in general are impacted by long-term care insurance companies treating their customers poorly.
