A Riverside County Superior Court jury awarded $1.55 million to a Temecula couple who thought they had purchased their dream property, only to live out a nightmare. Keith and Patty Jones filed a lawsuit in Riverside Superior Court claiming contractor Greg Koll misled them and built a house with no running water, no electricity and no legal access.
