SBE Wins $2.9 million ruling in ongoing Bratz litigation

Law360 reported on a victory for the firm on behalf of MGA in the ongoing Bratz litigation.

The article in Law360 said “A New York federal judge Monday ordered an insurance company to pay MGA Entertainment Inc. $2.9 million for breaching its duty to defend in a suit over its Bratz dolls…”

The litigation has been going on for over a decade and SBE represents MGA in various lawsuits against insurers that balked over covering MGA’s legal costs. The firm has achieved a number of victories in this ongoing legal battle.
