Helping Seniors Fight for Justice

Evangeline Grossman represented Mr. and Mrs. Gjerset in an insurance bad faith lawsuit against Allstate. The couple, Ron and Nancy Gjerset, owned and lived in their home in Tujunga for over 30 years before they lost their home in the 2009 California wildfires. Allstate routinely misrepresented their policy coverage, misled the couple as to the nature of the benefits and ultimately took advantage of the two seniors.
