Samuel Bruchey, a partner in the Beverly Hills office of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP, represents the Jones family who bought a piece of property from a contractor who also built a house for them, only to find the house has no running water, electricity or legal access.

The Jones’ have a house they can’t use on a piece of property they can’t legally get to, and to make matters worse their title insurance company refuses to abide by the terms of their policy.

Mr. Bruchey filed a lawsuit on behalf of the family against Gregory Koll, Koll Builders Group and Commwealth Land Title Insurance Company accusing them of breach of contract, negligence and acting in bad faith.
