The publication covered the lawsuit Michael Bidart and Ricardo Echeverria filed on behalf of Shima Andre, accusing Blue Cross of denying her Hepatitis C treatment due to finances. Ms. Andre was prescribed Harvoni which was approved by the FDA and has a 95-99% success rate in curing Hepatitis C.
