Michael J. Bidart and Ricardo Echeverria wrote an article for CAOC’s FORUM magazine on the issues of business interruption insurance. The article is titled “COVID-19 business interruption claims: Getting around the “virus” exclusion.” The article appeared in the May/June issue of the publication.
