Ricardo Echeverria Authors Article for AAJ’s Trial Magazine

Ricardo Echeverria authored an article for Trial Magazine titled”Start, Stop, and Start Again.” The article tells the story, step by step, of a trial Mr. Echeverria began in March of 2020 only to finish…in July! Due to COVID-19, court closures stopped the trial and led to a months-long pause. Once the trial restarted, Mr. Echeverria was successful in obtaining a $10.5 million jury verdict in Yolo County.

Trial Magazine is put out by the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and focuses on the practical steps of becoming trial lawyer activities.
