Samuel Bruchey Named Chair of Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Insurance Committee

The Beverly Hills Bar Association named Samuel Bruchey the chair of its newly formed insurance committee.

The BHBA Insurance committee will work as an educational resource for attorneys who encounter insurance issues in their practice, as well as a way for insurance law practitioners to network. Mr. Bruchey brings a wealth of experience to the position, having worked with SBE founding partner William Shernoff since 2007.

“I’m excited to take on this new responsibility,” said Mr. Bruchey. “I look forward to bringing the insurance law community together and to helping lawyers with different specialties understand how insurance impacts everyone’s practice.”

BHBA President Diane Karpman announced the inauguration of the new Insurance Law Committee, and named Mr. Bruchey the chair after thanking him for his efforts in spear-heading the group.

Mr. Bruchey specializes in cases involving life, health, disability income, and property insurance. He has successfully litigated matters involving wrongful delay, bad faith claim denial, unfair coverage caps and limitations, rescission and agent liability.
