Samuel Bruchey Quoted in Riverside Press Enterprise
Firm partner Samuel Bruchey is quoted in a recent issue of the Riverside Press Enterprise in an article discussing the legal battle that is currently happening over the life insurance policy of the man guilty of the December 2 terrorist shooting in San Bernardino.
A federal judge put a hold on over $280,000 in life insurance benefits that the mother of the San Bernardino mass-slaying terrorist designated for his mother. Several questions arose as a result of this life insurance policy and matters are being dealt with in court.
The Press Enterprise quoted Mr. Bruchey:
“In California, for life insurance policy coverage, there is an exclusion for criminal acts,” said attorney Samuel Bruchey, who specializes in insurance litigation with the Beverly Hills law firm of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria.”
