SBE team to head Beverly Hills Bar Insurance Section

Several attorneys from Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP’s Los Angeles will spearhead the creation of an Insurance Section of the Beverly Hills Bar Association in 2014. Samuel Bruchey will lead the charge, helping to organize events and discussions focused around insurance law, changes in insurance litigation and more.

Since opening an office in Los Angeles, SBE has represented clients in a number of cases which have made headlines in the Los Angeles Daily News, CBS, Torrance Daily Breeze, Los Angeles Times and more. Mr. Bruchey specializes in cases involving life, health, disability income, long-term care and property insurance. He has successfully litigated matters involving wrongful delay, bad faith claim denial, unfair coverage caps and limitations, rescission and agent liability.
