Claire Arnaiz

Claire Arnaiz is an associate attorney in the Claremont office of Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP. Claire joined the firm as a Post-Bar Law Clerk and has been with the firm ever since. Her practice areas include insurance bad faith and personal injury.

Ms. Arnaiz obtained her Juris Doctor at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (“UC Law SF”, formerly UC Hastings). During her time at UC Law SF, Ms. Arnaiz served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jim M. Humes in the California Court of Appeal,
First Appellate District and as a Judicial Extern at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. Ms. Arnaiz also worked at the UC Law SF Immigrants’ Rights Clinic where she assisted immigrants pursue permanent residency through asylum and U visa  applications.

Ms. Arnaiz obtained her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz. As a Banana Slug, Ms. Arnaiz studied abroad in Madrid, Spain and interned in Washington, D.C. through the UCDC program. When not in the office, Ms. Arnaiz enjoys hiking with her loved ones and baking cookies.
