- $10.5 million dollar binding arbitration award against Sovereign Health of California for negligently causing a major brain injury. (Zachary Peterson v. Dual Diagnosis Treatment Center)
- $19 million verdict against Stonebridge Life Insurance Company for its unlawful medical necessity peer reviews. (Nickerson v. Stonebridge Life Insurance Company)
- $3.7 million binding arbitration award against Travelers’ Indemnity Company of Connecticut for its use of a policy provision that was found to violate California law. (Mave Enterprises, Inc. v. Travelers Indemnity Company of Connecticut )
